Indication

Short-term & maintenance treatment of duodenal & gastric ulcer, pathological hypersecretory conditions (eg, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, multiple endocrine adenomas & systemic mastocytis); GERD, NSAID-associated gastric & duodenal ulcers or erosions, acid-related dyspepsia, erosive esophagitis, H. pylori eradication regimens in PUD. Prophylaxis of acid aspiration during general anesth. Powd for inj: Short term treatment duodenal or gastric ulcer, ulcerative esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, GERD, NSAID-induced GI complications when oral medication is not feasible. Prophylaxis of acid reflux.
