Infections of lower & upper resp tract, skin & skin structure, gynecological, intra-abdominal, bone & joint; septicemia & endocarditis; periodontal abscess & periodontitis; cerebral toxoplasmosis in patients w/ AIDS; Pneumocystis jirovecii (carnii) pneumonia in patients w/ AIDS. Alternative treatment of multi-drug resistant Plasmodium falciparum infection in combination w/ quinine or amodiaquine.
