Indication

Indicated for the chronic management of hyperuricemia in adult patients with gout in conditions where urate deposition has already occurred (including a history, or presence of, tophus and/or gouty arthritis). It is also indicated for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia in adult patients undergoing chemotherapy for hematologic malignancies at intermediate to high risk of Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS).
